01. The office

Dentistry in Sunny Isles Beach, from a filling to a full-mouth rebuild.

We are Tetri’s Smile, the office of Dr. Baruch Tetri at 16690 Collins Avenue. We see patients for fillings, crowns, deep cleaning and Invisalign® clear aligners, and we take on the hard cases: failing teeth, implants, gum disease and jaw pain that has gone unexplained. Before anything that cannot be undone, we make a diagnosis and compare the options with you, including waiting.

About the practice

One office above Collins Avenue, with its own laboratory and 3D imaging in the building. New York is seen by private, pre-scheduled appointment only, arranged through the Sunny Isles front desk.

02. Everyday care

The care most people need once or twice a year.

And the first steps when something small goes wrong.

All everyday care

  • Check-ups and cleanings

An exam, X-rays when they are needed, and a professional cleaning.

  • Airflow hygiene

A cleaning that uses a fine jet of air, water and powder to lift plaque and stains.

  • Teeth whitening

Lightening the shade of the teeth.

  • Fillings and restorative care

Repairing a decayed, cracked or worn tooth with a filling, a crown or an onlay, a partial crown.

  • Deep cleaning

Scaling and root planing, the treatment for gum disease below the gumline.

  • Invisalign® clear aligners

Straightening for adults, teens and older children.

03. Teeth in a day

Arrive in the morning. Leave with fixed teeth.

When the case allows, fixed temporary teeth are placed on implants on the day of surgery. Implants are placed while you rest, PIC photogrammetry records each position to five microns, the bridge is milled in the laboratory down the hall, and it is seated the same afternoon. Patients who fly in start with records, not a ticket.

04. Smile design

Not on a screen. In your mouth.

We plan the shape, shade and proportions of the front teeth before any tooth is touched. A 3D-printed model and a silicone key place the designed smile on your own teeth, so you can see it in the mirror, say your name, and approve it. Treatment begins only after you do. Two visits: diagnostics of up to three hours, then a fitting of about one.

05. TMJ and the bite

Jaw pain is rarely explained by one structure or solved by one appliance.

Pain, clicking or locking in the jaw joint gets a diagnosis before any irreversible dental work. History and examination come first. Functional records, how the jaw moves and how hard the muscles work, are added only when they help answer a clinical question. We start with steps that can be undone.

06. Complex care

When a case reaches across more than one discipline.

The bite, the gums, the bone and the teeth together, in one connected plan. Ninety percent of these patients arrive after treatment elsewhere did not hold.

All complex care

  • Full-mouth rehabilitation

Rebuilding all of the teeth, upper and lower, in one connected plan.

  • Dental implants and All-on-X

Titanium roots placed in the jaw to carry a crown, a bridge or a full row of fixed teeth on four or more implants.

  • Bone grafting and sinus lift

Building bone where an implant needs support, including under the sinus in the upper back jaw.

  • Periodontal surgery

Surgery for the gums and the bone that holds the teeth.

  • Bruxism, veneers and smile design

Grinding and clenching and the wear they cause; thin ceramic facings bonded to the front of the teeth; the plan before any tooth is touched.

  • Sedation and wisdom teeth

Comfort options after a medical review, where our permits and team allow. Assessment, removal when it is needed, and recovery.

07. Laboratory and imaging

Clinical care and laboratory work in the same building.

For cases that need restorative or implant laboratory work, our clinical and laboratory teams coordinate the approved design, materials, fit and timing under one roof. Dr. Tetri was a certified dental technician before he was a surgeon, and the practice is built around that order of things.

Inside the laboratory

  • 5 µm

    PIC Dental

Photogrammetry that records implant positions to five microns, so a milled bridge fits passively the first time.

  • 3D

    Viso G7 imaging

A three-dimensional dental scan, sized to the question: one tooth, or the whole jaw and joints. A scan is not the treatment; if a record would not change the decision, we do not take it.

  • 3 h

    Exocad · Arum 5X-500L mill

From approved design to a milled full-arch bridge in about three hours, on the Arum five-axis mill down the hall from the operatory. The machine does not decide the case; design and finishing stay with people who have done this work for decades.

  • K7

    K7 Evaluation System

Jaw tracking, electromyography and sonography, when they help answer a clinical question.

  • 2

    Intraoral scanners

Sirona Primescan and 3Shape. Digital impressions to a hundredth of a millimetre, no trays.

  • ×20

Veneer margins, retreatments and complex canals are worked under magnification, by Dr. Tetri and Dr. Sayin.

08. How a visit works

You should not have to understand every procedure to understand your own care.

Five steps, from first concern to follow-up.

How the clinic works

  1. 01

    Tell us what is happening.

We begin with your symptoms, previous treatment, priorities and the changes you have noticed.

  2. 02

    The clinical examination.

Teeth, gums, bone, bite, jaw joints and existing dental work, as the case requires, by hand and by eye before any imaging.

  3. 03

    Only the records that matter.

Photographs, scans, 3D imaging or functional records are added when they can clarify the diagnosis or change the plan.

  4. 04

    Compare the options.

Our recommendation alongside reasonable alternatives, limits, timing, recovery, what it costs, and the option of no treatment.

  5. 05

    Agree on the sequence.

If you choose treatment, the clinical phases, laboratory work, comfort plan, aftercare and follow-up are organized together before we start. You leave knowing what comes next.

09. Pediatric dentistry — from November 2026

Children are seen in this same suite.

From November 2026, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Dr. Danielle A. Beaudoin, DDS, pediatric dentist (Florida license DN28670), sees children in Suite 701. First visits and cleanings while a smile is still growing. A parent stays in the room. The pediatric dentist names each step, shows the instrument, then begins, at a pace your child can follow. Bookings open closer to the date; ask the front desk.

    parent stays, always

Tetri’s Foundation for Kids, funded privately by Dr. Tetri, reviews a small number of children living with severe, untreated oral conditions. A parent or legal guardian starts with the front desk.

A first visit, in five steps

  1. The adult bringing your child checks in; a parent or legal guardian’s written consent is on file before treatment.
  2. You and your child go into the treatment room together.
  3. The pediatric dentist names each step, shows the instrument, then begins.
  4. The dentist looks at the teeth and gums at a pace your child can follow.
  5. You leave with plain notes on home care and the next visit.

A grandparent or nanny may bring your child with your signed authorization for that visit. If your child is nervous, tell the front desk when you call.

13. Questions patients ask

Before you call.

  • Do you take insurance?

We do not accept dental insurance for adults; we explain what you would pay before treatment starts, and payment plans are available through our financing partners, subject to approval. For children, ask the front desk about your plan.

  • Do you speak Russian?

Yes. This page has a Russian edition, and our front desk can take your call in Russian.

  • How do I send my records?

Ask the front desk for the secure way to send X-rays, scans or a treatment plan from another office. Please do not attach records to the website form; it collects contact and scheduling details only.

  • Can I fly in for treatment?

Yes. Patients come to us from across South Florida, the United States and abroad. We start with records, not a ticket: we review what you send, agree the plan, and only then fix dates. A large case may be split into visits with healing time between them.

  • What about New York?

New York is seen by private, pre-scheduled appointment only. The Sunny Isles front desk arranges it.

  • Is it urgent?

If this is a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent dental problems during office hours call 786-320-5445.
