Aventura
Across the Intracoastal Waterway to the west. Take the William Lehman Causeway from Biscayne Boulevard by Aventura Mall to Collins Avenue, then head south on Collins to the office. From the south of Aventura, Sunny Isles Boulevard (NE 163rd Street) is the other crossing.

North Miami Beach and North Miami
Head east on Sunny Isles Boulevard (NE 163rd Street, State Road 826) across the Intracoastal to Collins Avenue; the office is a few blocks to the north. From further west, the same road starts at the Golden Glades, where I-95, the Turnpike and the Palmetto Expressway meet.
Golden Beach and Hallandale Beach
Golden Beach sits just north of Sunny Isles Beach along Collins Avenue (A1A), and Hallandale Beach, the first city in Broward County, is next. Drive south on A1A; from inland Hallandale, take Hallandale Beach Boulevard east to A1A.

Bal Harbour and Bay Harbor Islands
Drive north on Collins Avenue, past Haulover Park and over the Haulover Inlet bridge, into Sunny Isles Beach. From Bay Harbor Islands, cross to Collins Avenue on 96th Street first.
Surfside and Miami Beach
Collins Avenue (A1A) runs straight up the barrier island from Miami Beach through Surfside and Bal Harbour to the office. It is the most direct route, though slow at rush hour.
Hollywood, Dania Beach, Pembroke Pines and the rest of Broward
Take I-95 or US 1 south, then Hallandale Beach Boulevard east to A1A, or the William Lehman Causeway from Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura.
Miami Gardens and Opa-locka
Take the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826) east to the Golden Glades, where it continues as NE 163rd Street (Sunny Isles Boulevard) to Collins Avenue. From I-95, join it at the Golden Glades.
When you arrive
The building has parking for visitors, and the front desk tells you where to park and which entrance to use when you book. The map is on contact.
If you are coming from further away, start by sending your records rather than booking travel. See patients flying in.
Questions patients ask
Is there a dentist closer to me?
Probably, for a routine check-up. Patients travel to us for a periodontist’s care, for complex treatment planned and built in one place, and to be seen in English or Russian.
Do you see patients from outside Miami-Dade?
Yes. Broward is a short drive north, and patients also come from further away for complex care.
