Booking your first visit
- Use the request form or call 786-320-5445. Tell us what is happening, not which treatment you think you need.
- You do not need a referral to book with us.
- New patients with complex needs see Dr. Tetri first.
What to bring
- A photo ID.
- A list of your medicines, medical conditions and allergies.
- Recent dental X-rays or records from your previous dentist, if you have them.
- Glasses or anything else you need to read and sign forms.
You can send earlier X-rays and records before the visit through the secure link our office sends you, or bring copies on a USB drive, a CD or DVD, or on paper.
Fees, insurance and payment
We do not accept dental insurance for adults; payment plans are available through our financing partners, subject to approval.
We accept major credit cards.
Hours, parking and finding us
We see patients by appointment: Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm, Friday 9 am to 3 pm.

The building has parking for visitors, and the front desk tells you where to park and which entrance to use when you book.
Languages
This site is in English and Russian. Russian is spoken at the front desk.
Children, travel and urgent problems
- Children. Pediatric dentistry starts in November 2026, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. See pediatric dentistry.
- Coming from out of town. Start by sending your records, not by booking a flight. See patients flying in.
- Pain, swelling or a broken tooth. Call 786-320-5445 and say it is urgent.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?
No. Tell us the problem; the treatment name comes after the examination.
Does my insurance need a referral?
Not to book with us. Some insurance plans require one for coverage, but we do not accept dental insurance for adults.
