Start with what is bothering you
- A sore, clicking or locking jaw → TMJ and jaw pain; if your teeth are also worn or chipped, read Bruxism and tooth wear next.
- Worn, chipped or sensitive teeth → Bruxism and tooth wear, then Bite evaluation if many teeth need repair.
- A missing tooth, or a denture that moves → Dental implants; for a whole arch, All-on-X.
- Bleeding gums or a loose tooth → Periodontal care and surgery.
- A smile you want to change → Smile design and Porcelain veneers.
- Not sure → request a visit and tell us what you have noticed.

What complex care includes
- Full-mouth rehabilitation — when wear, tooth loss or failing dentistry affects most of the mouth, one plan across teeth, gums, implants and bite: full-mouth rehabilitation. Teeth in a day is a sub-path for selected cases: temporary teeth fixed to implants on the day of surgery.
- Dental implants — a single missing tooth, several teeth, or support for a denture: dental implants.
- All-on-X — a full arch of fixed teeth on four or more implants: All-on-X.
- Bone grafting and sinus lift — building bone where an implant needs it: bone grafting and sinus lift.
- Periodontal surgery — gum disease, the bone around the teeth, and grafting for receded gums: periodontal care and surgery.
- TMJ and jaw pain — TMJ is the joint; TMD is a group of muscle, joint and pain conditions that deserve a careful diagnosis before any device or bite change: TMJ and jaw pain.
- Bite evaluation — how the teeth meet, with trial appliances and temporary restorations used to test a change before it is final: bite evaluation and restorative planning.
- Bruxism and tooth wear — clenching and grinding, awake or asleep, and how we protect the teeth: bruxism and tooth wear.
- Veneers and smile design — whitening, alignment, bonding or porcelain veneers (thin porcelain facings), the most conservative option first: smile design and porcelain veneers.
- Sedation — options after a medical review, where our permits and team allow: sedation dentistry and IV sedation.
- Wisdom teeth removal — when a third molar should come out and when it can be watched: wisdom teeth removal.
How we work
- The laboratory — how your crown, veneer or bridge is designed and made, and why we check the fit before it goes in: digital dental laboratory.
- Viso G7 imaging — the three-dimensional scan (CBCT) we use when a flat X-ray cannot answer the question: Planmeca Viso G7 and CBCT.
- Coming from out of town — how a planned sequence of visits works, starting with your records: patients flying in.
- The journal — Dr. Tetri’s essays on jaw pain, reconstruction and imaging: journal.
