Journal

Short essays by Dr. Baruch Tetri on jaw pain, full-mouth reconstruction, imaging, and the decisions that should come before treatment begins. We write them for patients who want to understand how we think before they sit in the chair at our Sunny Isles Beach office. Each essay is educational content, not medical advice; none replaces an examination.

Why we publish these

Most of what goes wrong in complex dentistry goes wrong before the first procedure, in the diagnosis and the sequence. These essays set out how we reason, so that you can check it against your own case and ask better questions at the visit. If an essay raises a question about your own teeth, bring it with you; we would rather discuss it than have you guess.

All five essays were written in 2026.
